Did I qualify for my February spin of the wheel?
If you used your first direct Debit Mastercard® for your usual purchases twenty times during our last 'spend, spin, win' offer between 16 February and 7 March, we sent your email giving you your spin to reveal your offer or prize on Wednesday 28 March (30 days from the end of the campaign).
You also had an option to use your fd Debit Mastercard® for your usual spend between 8 and 28 March for a second spin of the wheel in the middle of April.
How do I qualify?
You needed to complete 20 separate transactions on your first direct Debit Mastercard® between 16 February 2024 to 7 March 2024.
How can I make the transactions?
Your card transactions can be made in-store or online and could be from your digital wallet or using your actual card.
How long do I get to spin to win my offer or prize?
We sent you an email inviting you to spin for your offer of prize on Wednesday 28 March. You have until Wednesday 17 April to spin.
How and when do I get my offer or prize?
Once you’ve spun, your offer or prize will be instantly revealed.
I can’t see my offer or prize on the page, what can I do?
Your offer or prize should be instantly revealed on the page once you’ve spun. If you can’t see it, try logging back in through the original link: https://rewards.firstdirect.com/spendandspin/1/.
If that doesn’t work, complete this form and we’ll look into this for you.
What happens if I don’t spin within 21 days?
Once you receive your email with the link to the spinner, you have 21 days to spin. Just so you know, after that you’ll no longer be able to participate, so make sure you don‘t miss out.
If the period has expired, complete this form and we’ll see what we can do.
How do I claim my offer or prize once I have spun?
Once your offer or prize has been revealed, how to claim details will also appear on the page. Please make sure to scroll down and follow the steps detailed on the page to claim your offer or prize.
What happens if I don’t want to use my code straight away?
After you’ve spun and your code is instantly revealed, you will be able to view it again by clicking the link on your how to claim email, or by accessing the page directly through the URL: https://rewards.firstdirect.com/spendandspin/1/, and logging in with your details. After 60 days, this page will no longer be available to view so if you’re not planning to use it straightaway, we’d suggest making a note of it.
