How do I qualify for the offer?
You’ll need to complete 15 transactions on your first direct Debit Mastercard® between 16 February 2024 to 7 March 2024. Just so you know, payments made on your card via your digital wallet count towards the 15 transactions.
When do I need to claim my gift by?
We’ll send you an email explaining how to claim and inviting you to choose your gift within 30 days of the offer period ending. You’ll then have 30 days to claim it.
How and when do I get my gift?
Once you’ve chosen your gift, we’ll send you an email within 30 days with a link to your gift and details on how to redeem it.
I haven’t received my gift, what can I do?
You should receive your gift email within 30 days of making your gift choice. If you haven’t received it, it might be worth checking your junk/spam folders just in case it’s dropped in there.

What happens if I don’t claim my gift within 30 days?
Once you receive your how to claim email, you have 30 days to choose your gift. Just so you know, after that you’ll no longer be able to claim it so make sure you don‘t miss out.
If your claim period has expired, complete this form and we’ll see what we can do.
What happens if I don’t reveal my gift code within 30 days?
If you don't reveal your gift card code within 30 days, you'll no longer be able to claim your code. Once you've got your code, you have 30 days to revisit it. Just so you know, after that your code will no longer be available to view so if you’re not planning to use it straightaway, we’d suggest making a note of it.

What happens if my 30 day access period has expired?
Once you’ve revealed your gift card code, you have 30 days to access it from the date you claim it. Just so you know, after that your code will no longer be available to view so if you’re not planning to use it straightaway, we’d suggest making a note of it.
